From Osaka Umeda Department Store underground specialty tea shop “Morihan” comes this lovely matcha sweet green tea, made from Uji tea leaves. Opened in 1937 as a tea stand in the basement of the department store, this brand is still loved by many people in Japan.

Ingredients: Uji matcha and sugar

How to use: put 2-3 teaspoons in a glass to suit your taste. Add cold or ice water and stir well.

Ideas: turn an ice cream float into a matcha float; or use as an alternative to syrup for shaved ice!
