Ingredients: Flavor ingredients (bonito powder, dried bonito extract powder, dried bonito extract powder, kelp powder, shiitake mushroom extract powder), starch decomposition product, yeast extract powder, malt sugar.

Recommended portions: For miso soup: 0.8 to 1 g per serving. For simmered food: 0.5 to 0.8 g per serving.
