This zazen futon is used to maintain correct posture while doing zazen meditation. This is a real zazen futon used in temples. Can also be used for general meditation, yoga, and stretching. The white area on the futon is for writing the user’s name. Please note that there is an unsewn section on the side so that cotton can be replenished when the futon sinks over years of use.
