This beautiful print represents Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, associated with practice and meditation in Mahayana Buddhism, and known as Fugen in Japan. Fugen is often venerated in Tendai and Shingon Buddhism, and as the protector of the Lotus Sutra in Nichiren Buddhism.
