This popular Japanese furikake, or rice topping/seasoning, is made with salted tuna flakes in a Japanese-style mayonnaise, as well as a variety of other ingredients. Place it over your Japanese white rice to make it even more delicious, or as an ingredient for onigiri (rice balls).
Ingredients: tuna, vegetable oil, reduced water candy, onions, brewed vinegar, extracts (vegetables, seafood, yeast), processed soybeans, sugar, chicken eggs, salt, starch, shavings, ginger paste, spices / seasonings (organic) Acids, etc.), emulsifiers, acidulants, colorants (caramel, red koji), spice extracts, fragrances, antioxidants (vitamin E), (some include eggs, wheat, soybeans, and apples).
