This popular Japanese furikake, or rice topping/seasoning, is made from minced salted pork, negi (scallion), bamboo shoots, and a variety of other ingredients. Place it over your Japanese white rice to make it even more delicious.
Ingredients: Vegetables (sake, long onion, ginger, red pepper), pork, soybean oil, granular vegetable protein, sugar, garlic paste, sesame oil, okara powder, salt, sesame, spices, lemon concentrated juice / seasoning ( Amino acids, etc.), sorbit, thickener (processed starch), acidulant, emulsifier, caramel pigment, (some include sesame, soybean, pork)
